Gorgeous! Makes me want to plan my trip to the mountains right now!

Not altogether different from our views in these parts. Could it be the same wrinkles of rock rising in your world as mine?

That looks vaguely familar. What part of Tussey Mountain? The front just east of Shinglestown Gap?

Mitch: Exactly right. If you squint you can make out the Jordan Center just above the trees on the right.

Fred: These ridges run on down to W.Va. just to the north of your wonderful valley. We eastern mountain folk live in the most beautiful place on earth, IMHO.

ae: come on up for a visit sometime. Nice college town, glorious outdoors just minutes from town, a surly old curmudgeon of a blogger, and a really swell cat await you.

You're welcome too Fred. We could have a blog-in. Mitch already lives here. As does Dave of via negativa fame. And the infamous Michael Berube.
