Note that though the copyright reads 2005, the image is at least 3 or 4 years old. The construction on the I-99 extension to I-80 is not even half completed in this photo. And if you zoom out to the next wider setting, you will see that construction has not yet started on Skytop.
Note also the nice view of the Spring Creek Canyon and its setting. This makes a powerful argument for making that area a state or regional nature park.
